ELIS BRAXTON

Even as a young boy, I was fascinated by artists and drawn to their work and lives. I always watched over their shoulders with full admiration. In this film, my goal was to provide a brief, emotional glimpse into the person and artist, Stephan Huber, as well as to briefly illustrate what defines his art, what occupies his thoughts, and where he finds his inspiration. Visually, we tell the story on different levels and experiment with various formats. Equipped with a Super8mm camera, I incorporated a second, observing perspective that threw me back into the feeling of my childhood.
