The primary objective of this social media campaign was to showcase key roles within the corporate group in an attractive manner to attract new talent. This was achieved through a traditional employer branding and recruiting approach.

 

The creative approach aimed to communicate the company's values directly through imagery without being intrusive, while simultaneously reinforcing them through a suitable visual language.
